Jessica Kehoe, PMHNP
Jessica is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who believes in the power of empathy, humor, and a little bit of intellectual curiosity to make even the most challenging days a bit more manageable.
Jessica has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health and wellness. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working extensively with individuals struggling with substance use disorders. While this area remains close to her heart, over the last four years her practice has been evolving to primarily focus on the treatment of psychiatric disorders, such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and psychotic disorders, among others.
With a comprehensive background in both mental health and substance use, Jessica brings a unique, integrated approach to care that recognizes the intricate relationship between mind, body, and behavior. This broader focus allows her to offer more holistic treatment plans that address the full spectrum of mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based therapies, medication management, and personalized care strategies.
Jessica’s approach to mental health is rooted in understanding the whole person—not just the symptoms—but the unique story you bring to the table. She aims to create a safe space where you can talk openly, laugh when it’s appropriate (because yes, humor is therapeutic), and tackle tough stuff together.
Jessica blends evidence-based treatment with a warm, human touch. She may ask tough questions, but she’ll never judge you for your answers. In fact, she believes a good therapeutic relationship starts with respect, trust, and a little bit of levity along the way. Life’s too short to take ourselves too seriously, but it’s also too precious not to seek the support we deserve. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, depression, or life’s complexities, Jessica is here to help you find the tools you need to navigate it all—while hopefully sharing a few laughs along the way.
