Tara Conklin, PMHNP, PMH-C
Tara (she/her/hers) is a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides medication management, genetic testing, and supportive therapy for adolescents and adults. Tara works to develop an environment where patients feel safe to share their most authentic selves and feel empowered to work together toward meaningful solutions. She takes a collaborative approach with patients to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. Together with patients, Tara works to ensure the safest and most effective use of psychiatric medications to get you feeling like the best version of yourself.
Tara is perinatal mental health certified and has expertise in treating individuals throughout the reproductive lifespan. She is experienced in supporting individuals and families through the process of growing their families, from pre-conception, through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.
Tara practices social justice-informed care and is particularly devoted to working with individuals who identify as women, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent. She fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment. She invites you to come as you are!
